RTV SILICONES-R-1828 Brushable:

Silpak’s R-1828 is a room temperature vulcanizing silicone primarily designed for brush on applications. Excellent physical properties with high tear resistance. Vagabond Casting Resin

Vagabond Model-Cast:

Vagabond Model-Cast is a unique line of polyurethane castings resins that have been a popular choice for the casting resin market since 1973.  This two-component system offers a convenient 1:1 by volume mix ratio with a low viscosity formula that flows easily into molds for excellent detail replication.  They are ideally suited for a wide range of casting applications for model makers, pattern makers and mold makers. Vagabond resins can reduce material and tooling costs, increase production rates and provide a superior end product and offer de-mold times of three to five minutes which permits efficient production rates.  The low viscosity (70 cps) results in absolute replication of detail and permit the introduction of  low-cost fillers to reduce material costs. Vagabond Model-Cast can be used with silicone, latex, polyurethane, polyethylene, fiberglass or other mold materials if a suitable release agent is used. Castings can be pigmented and painted.  Use a non-water based paint or primer to seal prior to painting.

Chavant NSP Trial

Chavant NSP is a professional line of sulphur free sculpting clay.  It contains a higher percentage of wax components making it an excellent choice for fine, detailed work.  NSP can be warmed for ease in modeling or melted and poured into a mold.  As it cools it returns to its original consistency.  Small amounts of citrus-based solvents, lighter fluid or mineral spirits can be used on the surface to obtain a smooth finish.  Sulphur free minimizes difficulties associated with mold making rubbers.  Available in Medium Brown.  2 lb. pkg. or 40 lb. case.

It can be applied as a spray or an immersion process and can be diluted up to 50% with distilled water.
